One Lonely Day Left....

Tomorrow is FRIDAY! The last lonely day of the week! Rich has been driving into Atlanta for
training EVERY DAY this week. He leaves before we're up and comes home just in time for the baby bedtime.

I'm not the only one who misses him, Alyson asks where Daddy is each morning. She's so used to seeing him when he comes home for lunch everyday and even getting some mornings with him when he goes to work later in the morning.

And thanks to the newest baby, there's hardly any decent sleep going around, so we're both passing out either with Alyson in her bed or while we're watching tv. I miss having him around.

We Made Peanut Butter Balls!

Last night I decided to satisfy my peanut butter craving with some delicious Peanut Butter Balls that I found at Southern Plate. It was messy goodness! Aly (almost 3 years old) and I had a blast measuring and scooping and pouring! It was even more fun rolling the dough into balls....Bubba (our overweight puggle) enjoyed eating the crumbs Aly was sending to the floor JUST for him. Here's a pic from the original tutorial!

Proceed slowly or jump right in?

SIGH* Where do I start? How do I start? What exactly is blogging and what purpose does it serve? Maybe those far and near will get to know me a bit better or keep a tab on our adventures.I've discovered that reading blogs is addicting....I can find craft projects, unique gift ideas, crazy deals at my favorite stores, and how to make our 1 income go as far as we can stretch it.

Maybe being able to jot down my thoughts will make my mind stop racing a bit.
Maybe it'll help me find some friends here in Georgia.
Maybe it'll help me smile a little more each day.
Maybe it'll help me open up a bit and not be so isolated (despite the fact that I live in almost the middle of nowhere). more each day. Maybe it'll help me open up a bit and not be so isolated (despite the fact that I
live in almost the middle of nowhere).
